Living in Jávea

The beach, the promenade, restaurants, cafés and shops are all within walking distance, so living here without a car is easy. Down at the harbour, onlookers can see the fishing boats arrive and the catch go to auction in the lonja. The Arenal is the only sandy beach in the municipality. Every Thursday morning, stalls fill the Plaza de la Constitución for the weekly market.
