A new villa in Jávea on a level 1,000 m² plot, with four bedrooms, a large swimming pool and sea views from its south-facing terrace.
The villa is in the final stage of construction and is designed in a contemporary style over two floors, planned to let in as much daylight as possible. The front door opens into a double-height hall that gives an immediate sense of space. To the right lies the large living and dining room, with direct access to the terrace and the pool. Beside it comes a large, modern kitchen as a separate room, fully equipped and with a laundry room alongside. Underfloor heating will keep the rooms pleasantly warm through the mild winters.
A wide terrace will surround the large pool, with room for sunbathing and meals outdoors. The level 1,000 m² plot also leaves space for a private garden. Upstairs, the main bedroom opens onto a large south-facing terrace with sun and a view of the sea. A second bedroom on that floor has its own north-facing terrace, a cooler spot in summer. From the villa there are views of the sea, the mountains and the marina. Parking for two cars is on the property itself.
Four bedrooms and four bathrooms are split evenly between the ground floor and the upper floor, two of each per level. The left wing of the ground floor holds two double bedrooms. The first has a large en-suite bathroom, and the second has access to a separate bathroom. The upper floor holds the main bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and its own bathroom. On the same floor are a further double bedroom with a terrace and another separate bathroom. Guests on the ground floor thus have a wing of their own, apart from the bedrooms upstairs.
A new two-storey villa in Jávea, now in the final phase of building. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a large pool, terraces facing south and north and views of the sea make it suited to a family and to anyone who often has guests.
The sandy beach of Jávea is about five minutes from the villa. It is the Arenal, the only sandy beach in the municipality, which received the Blue Flag in 2026 along with the gravel beach of La Grava and the cove of Granadella. Xàbia sits on the coast between Dénia and Cap de la Nau, at the southern foot of the Montgó. Across the year the temperature here averages about 18 °C, with heavy showers mainly in the autumn months from September to November.
