An annual average of around 18 °C means the top terrace of this villa is usable in every season, although September to November brings most of the heavy rain. The weekly street market, held on Thursday mornings, takes over the Plaza de la Constitución. Restaurants, supermarkets and other everyday services are close to the villa.
