Newly built villa in Jávea with four bedrooms, sea views from the upper floor, solar panels and a garden of palms and olive trees around the pool.
Tall floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of daylight and link the rooms with the garden. The kitchen forms the heart of the house, with a large island and handleless cabinets. Right beside it, a hidden pantry doubles as a utility room with connections for the washing machine, so the kitchen itself always stays tidy. From the first floor you look out over the sea, the bay and the Montgó. The villa is handed over fully furnished.
The garden was laid out to a professional plan in Mediterranean style, with mature palms and olive trees. At its centre is a generous pool lined with blue-green tiles that give the water a colour of its own. Several lounge terraces and an outdoor kitchen make the garden usable all year. A double garage adds storage for bikes, golf bags or beach gear.
The house is arranged over a ground floor and a first floor. A guest toilet sits by the entrance. There are four spacious bedrooms and three en-suite bathrooms, so family and guests each keep their privacy. Underfloor heating throughout, ducted air conditioning and solar panels keep running costs low, with an A energy rating. At 280 m² built, the house feels roomy yet easy to manage.
A new, furnished villa with four bedrooms, sea views and a landscaped garden with pool. The solar panels, underfloor heating and A rating keep energy bills modest.
Jávea has a population of a little over 30,000. The Arenal is an urban beach of about 480 m in the middle of the bay, backed by a seafront promenade. Next to the sand, a canal gives small boats access to the sea. Supermarkets, restaurants, sports facilities and the Arenal are a few minutes' drive from this villa, and so are two international schools.
