Living in Jávea

The Arenal lies a few minutes from the villa and is the only sandy beach in the municipality, flying a Blue Flag again in 2026. The tosca you see in the terrace arches also makes up most of the roughly 20 km of Xàbia coastline. For a weekly shop at the street market, head to the Plaza de la Constitución on a Thursday morning. Shops, schools and restaurants are close to the house, so everyday errands do not mean long drives.
