Modern four-bedroom villa in Jávea with a large garden, a fenced 1,017 m² plot and three bedrooms that each open onto a private balcony.
On the ground floor, the living room, dining area and open kitchen form one continuous space, so cooking, talking and having guests all happen in the same place. From the kitchen you step straight out onto a terrace that looks over the surroundings, a spot for breakfast or for lingering after lunch. Ducted air conditioning reaches every room, and central heating keeps the house warm in winter. Double glazing, a security door and a satellite TV connection are part of the equipment. The home has energy rating B.
The garden is one of the strengths of the house. There is room for a lounge corner, a long table for summer evenings or simply a quiet place in the sun. The house has both open and covered terraces, so you can choose between sun and shade. An outdoor shower is there for rinsing off sand and salt after a trip to the coast. The plot is fully fenced, which is useful with children or a dog. The neighbours are mostly other detached villas, which keeps the street calm.
The villa has two floors. Downstairs, next to the day rooms, is a double bedroom with a bathroom, practical for guests or for anyone who prefers to sleep on the ground floor. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the main bedroom having its own bathroom. Each of the three upstairs bedrooms opens onto a private balcony with open views, so everyone has a little outdoor space of their own.
A modern two-storey villa with four bedrooms, a generous garden and balconies with views. The ground-floor bedroom makes it a good fit for a family that often has guests, or for anyone who may later want to live on one level.
The house is in a quiet residential area in the south of Jávea, with the villages of Benitachell and Moraira and their restaurants not far off. An international school is two minutes away by car, the beach less than ten minutes and a golf course about 2 km. Jávea sits on the south side of the Montgó, on the coast between Dénia and Cap de la Nau. The Arenal is the only sandy beach in the municipality, and most of the rest of the shore is tosca stone. On Thursday mornings the town holds its weekly street market on the Plaza de la Constitución.
