Modern villa in Jávea designed over three levels, with four bedrooms, a private pool and views towards the Montgó.
The design is all about light and space. Clean lines, warm wood accents and large expanses of glass let in plenty of daylight and connect the living areas with the terraces. The living and dining room forms the centre of the house, with an open kitchen that runs straight into the seating area, so whoever cooks stays part of the conversation at the table. With 470 m² of built area there is room enough for life together and for a quiet corner of your own.
Outside, the villa is planned with a private pool, several terraces and a Mediterranean garden on a plot of 1,002 m². The terraces join the living areas, so inside and outside flow into each other. There is room for different seating and lounge corners: a breakfast table, sun loungers by the water and a spot for dinner outdoors in the evening. The design turns the view from the grounds towards the Montgó, the massif that shapes the landscape around Jávea.
The villa is designed over three levels: a lower ground floor, the ground floor and a first floor. It will have four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. Because the rooms are spread over several floors, the shared living areas sit apart from the bedrooms. That makes the house suitable as a year-round home and equally as a second home where family and guests each have a place of their own.
A villa with a modern Mediterranean design in a green, quiet residential setting in Jávea. Four bedrooms, a private pool and generous terraces on a plot of 1,002 m², with an A energy rating.
The villa lies in a green, quiet residential setting, a short drive from the shops and services of Jávea. The historic centre still has its medieval pattern of narrow streets, white façades and buildings of tosca stone. At the heart of that old core stands the Gothic church of San Bartolomé. The Arenal is the only sandy beach in the municipality. Most of the rest of its roughly 20 km of coastline is tosca stone.
